This first edition book is one of a kind.  While the author will quickly profess that he does not know Japanese, he has used various translators to help decipher the Japanese kanjis, allowing for a first glimpse into the world of the Fuukiran.  A total of 8 Chapters are included in this book, and include discussions from the History of the Fuukiran, to the understanding of the Plants, Flowers, Leaves and Roots.  Three separate chapters are dedicated to the various systems used by the Japanese in the classification of the Fuukirans.  Lastly, a chapter addressing the Judging issues for American Orchid Society Judges is present. 

This book is soft sided and spiral bound and each book is hand made by the author.
